David Sullivan’s artwork has shown all over the world, including Antarctica.
He works in print, computer based interactive projects, and video animation.
Most recently, his experimental animation, “BOOM” was selected for “Independent
Exposure” and his internet piece “ReSpore NOLA” was accepted into FILE 2006
in Sao Paulo, Brazil. His piece “Ego Machine” has been shown on rhizome.org
and written about on wired.com. Since the early 90’s he has lived in New Orleans
and worked with computers to create his art. Currently he is a Visiting Professor
of Digital Art at the University of New Orleans. His interactive computer pieces
are installed at the New Orleans Museum of Art and the New Orleans
Children’s Museum.
